Change – The Only Constant in 2020
We hope you are doing well and thriving in a new world that requires every business to innovate and adapt on a daily basis. On the bright side, we are starting to see increased activity in the markets, and at least some sporting events are beginning to return (albeit with limited or no fans' attendance.) I must admit it is a little strange to watch winter sports (NBA basketball and NHL Hockey) at the same time as summer sports (Major League Baseball and PGA golf).
The weather is also beginning to change from hot, sticky summer days to cooler, fresher fall days, and pharmaceutical companies continue to make viable progress towards a COVID-19 vaccine. These times remind me of the proverbial saying: "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!" The businesses that succeed will be those with the insight and perseverance to make "lemonade out of lemons." For our customers and partners, that may mean taking advantage of the rapid growth in remote-office and work-from-home environments to provide new solutions that protect both your client's vulnerable endpoints and their end users from the increasing threat of ransomware.
Please rest assured that Infrascale remains here to support you and stand behind your efforts to protect your customers' mission-critical data. We continue to make great strides towards our goal of solidifying Infrascale as a world-class data protection company through our delivery of industry-leading backup and disaster recovery solutions. INFRASCALE REIMAGINES CUSTOMER CARE IN DATA PROTECTION MARKET
|

Infrascale knows the critical role that customer support plays in the success of our partners, and their ability to meet the needs of their end customers. We recently announced a transformational overhaul of our support methodologies to drive success for our customers. The new framework is based around customer care and success throughout the customer’s journey. For Infrascale, this begins post-sale with an onboarding process, the continuous monitoring of services, and providing proactive care and outreach teams, as well as an on-demand reactive support.
In addition to announcing customer care changes, we also announced a new premium support offer -- Guided Disaster Recovery Testing. Business’ need assurance that their data is protected when disaster strikes. The best way to do this is not only to have a disaster recovery solution – but to test it and iron out all the kinks. The Infrascale Guided Disaster Recovery Testing service guides the customer through the execution of their predefined disaster recovery plan, including configured orchestration with IDR, to ensure the plan is fully tested and operational. The key benefits of testing include reducing potential for downtime, improving customer ROI for the DR solution, and increasing confidence that the plan works and that customers are fully prepared.
