Thank you for being a valued Infrascale Partner. This monthly recap is intended to share valuable information about what’s happening at Infrascale, our products, marketing assistance, and more.
This month, I’d like to draw attention specifically to the launch of our new product - IDR Local. You can find more information about this new product below, however it's important I highlight that the product came about following consultation with our partners and hearing and responding to the needs they were discovering in the market. We truly believe we are a team, and we will succeed if you succeed.
Also, over the coming weeks you will receive an email from our operations team asking you to confirm your contact details and the role you hold within your organization. This will be a simple task for you to select from a predefined list and will help us keep our records up to date and as clean as possible, and ensure you receive only important information that is specifically relevant to you and your role.
And, finally, we will be introducing a new section to this Partner Update which will be a short survey. I ask that you keep an eye on this as it will be a simple and effective way for you to let us know what you want to see from us that will be meaningful and help your business. Again, our goal here is to provide you the most relevant and meaningful information to help you grow your business.

As of October, we’ve expanded our Partner Program to incorporate regular online trainings as well. These include topics such as new product demos, marketing presentations, sales tips, and more. Each of these sessions will be virtual, so you can join from the comfort of your home or office. This month, we’ve added your Q4 social media calendar to the Partner Resource Center. This Excel file is easily downloadable, customizable, and shareable throughout all of your social networks.
Since implementing many of these initiatives, Infrascale’s social engagement rate as rocketed to 9+, against an industry average of 4.5. And, our new followers are growing at over 30% quarter-over-quarter. Take advantage of these programs we have built, that have been proven to work!

Contact Information Confirmation Project
|

In early November, members of your organization who have interacted with us in the past (of which we have their contact details) will receive an email asking to confirm their contact details and roles within the organization. This is important for a couple of reasons: (1) We want to ensure that the information we have is current and up to date. (2) We want to ensure that the correct people get relevant information from us. We have had instances where certain partners have not received important information from us, so we are embarking on this project to ensure we give you the power to let us know who gets what. Again, this project is heavily reliant on your participation so please keep an eye out for the email coming out in early November.
