How can we help you be more successful?
We genuinely believe that Infrascale has taken some crucial steps towards achieving greater success as an organization. Some of these steps include hardening our development and customer support processes, evaluating the positioning of our core solutions, and rebuilding our roadmap to better align with the future needs of our partners.
You may be thinking: “That’s nice… but what does this mean for me?”
These have been some of the hardest few months, at a global level, during our lifetime. From the continued expansion of COVID-19, to the meaningful global human rights movement that will hopefully bring diversity, equity, and inclusion to everyone, we must also continue to run our businesses and deliver for our customers. And our job is to help you accomplish your goals.
Infrascale has a keen understanding that our success is closely intertwined with the success of our partner/customers. As I’ve previously mentioned, turning customers into evangelists is one of our guiding principles and is part of the Infrascale culture. We are committed to listening to your feedback to ensure we deliver on your needs and the needs of your customers, so together, we continue to win business and grow. We will continue to invest in cementing Infrascale as a world-class data protection company as we deliver industry leading back up and disaster recovery solutions.

Infrascale Disaster Recovery (IDR) just got better!
|

Are you craving the desire to cherry-pick folders from a backup? We’ve got you covered. On June 1, we announced our latest release of the Infrascale Disaster Recovery (IDR) service – version 8.0. Among the many enhancements implemented in IDR v8.0: an improved user interface; new version of the bare metal Disaster Recovery image engine, new configurable boot verification settings, and a frequently requested feature – the ability to download folders from a backup using browse and restore.

Based on a 2020 Infrascale survey Infrascale conducted with over 500 C-level SMB executives, we have uncovered a wealth of valuable information for your sales and marketing teams to identify new business. • Nearly a fifth (19%) admit they do not feel their businesses are adequately prepared to address and prevent unexpected downtime • 37% have lost customers, and 17% have lost revenue due to downtime • Roughly half (48%) said their per hour downtime cost was between $20,000 and $50,000
What does this mean? In short, there is a sizeable number of potential customers who NEED a backup and disaster recovery solution – that do not already have one. Let’s go!
