As 2019 comes to an end, the time has come to reflect on the year that was and to prepare for the year that will be. In case you missed my email last week, the team here at Infrascale has spent the last few months solidifying the foundations and preparing for its next phase of growth, starting with a big 2020. With the introduction of some new members to the leadership group and the expansion of the existing all-star team (read more about this below), our promise to you is that we will continue to deliver industry leading products, support and resources to help you grow your business as we grow ours.
My promise to you is that we will continue to innovate and improve our products, services and business to ensure we remain as valuable a business partner to you as you are to us.

Infrascale Update and New Additions
|
|
|
Over the last few months, Infrascale founder Ken Shaw Jr and the Board of Directors began preparing a roadmap for the company’s future and decided it was time to make some changes, including the introduction of some new leadership capabilities. Ken will continue to serve as an advisor to the board.
In addition to the CEO appointment, several other key appointments and operational staff additions will be announced commencing in the new year, including the new positions of COO to drive product and operational excellence during the accelerated growth period, VP of Cloud Infrastructure and Operations to ensure continued technical excellence, VP of Premium Support and Customer Engagement to maintain the highest standards for our customers, and Chief People Officer to ensure we have a thriving culture and the best environment for our people to grow and excel.
And finally, you’ll also start to see some refreshed company messaging and positioning, new and updated collateral and generally a renewed energy and drive in the business. We do expect to do a lot of this in collaboration with our customers and partners, so keep a look out in the new year for information and feedback requests from us.

Contact Information Confirmation Project
|
|
|
In early January, members of your organization who have interacted with us in the past (of which we have their contact details) will receive an email asking to confirm their contact details and roles within the organization. This is important for a couple of reasons:
(1) We want to ensure that the information we have is current and up to date. (2) We want to ensure that the correct people get relevant information from us.
We have had instances where certain partners have not received important information from us, so we are embarking on this project to ensure we give you the power to let us know who gets what. Again, this project is heavily reliant on your participation so please keep an eye out for the email coming out in early January.
